Associate Attorney

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic Associate Attorney with at least two years of federal litigation experience to join the busy team in one of our most established mid-sized law firm clients!

This is an absolutely incredible opportunity to join a progressive, collaborative firm that handles complex litigation, regulatory, and transactional work in both high-stakes disputes and intricate deals.

The role will be based in the firm's Richmond, VA office, with the expectation of onsite work for the first few months, pivoting to a hybrid schedule once the candidate is fully onboarded, trained, and acclimated.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL:

Have solid academic credentials from an accredited law school
Be barred in VA, or have the ability to waive into VA
Have at least two years of commercial litigation experience in federal and state courts
TCPA and general civil litigation experience highly preferred
