Key Responsibilities include: Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to pre-litigation resolution. Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering evidence, medical records, and police reports. Communicate with clients regularly to update them on case progress and provide legal advice as needed. Draft and send demand letters, negotiate with insurance companies, and work to secure fair settlements for clients. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure all legal steps are followed in accordance with best practices. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Virginia. At least 1 year of experience in personal injury pre-litigation experience. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
