Senior Director Manufacturing Quality US & APAC

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Manufacturing Quality US & APAC to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment. Location: Alameda, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $218,700 – $437,300 annually Responsibilities Direct and oversee Quality Assurance in manufacturing plants and TPMs globally Communicate critical quality issues to senior leaders to prevent business interruptions Develop and implement quality strategies to align with business objectives and regulatory compliance Monitor and support resolution of on-market product quality issues Ensure regulatory compliance through direct implementation of quality programs in manufacturing Manage and investigate high-risk product non-conformance situations Control the budget for ADC QA operations and author cost efficiency projects Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a scientific or technical field 15+ years in Quality or Compliance within the Medical Device Industry or FDA regulated areas Strong communication skills for engaging with corporate leadership Ability to influence multi-disciplinary teams to ensure customer satisfaction Extensive knowledge of FDA/International device regulations Benefits Health and wellness benefits for employees and families Diverse career opportunities within the company Opportunities for personal and professional growth Support for talent management and development Employee engagement with corporate communications and community involvement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
