Minimum Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and securing cargo safely. Clean driving record with no recent violations or accidents. Valid license Preferred Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL B) with appropriate endorsements for flatbed operation Certification in cargo securement or related safety training programs. Basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Minimum of 2 years of experience driving flatbed trucks or similar commercial vehicles. Responsibilities Operate flatbed trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently over assigned routes. Load, secure, and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques to prevent damage during transit. Perform detailed vehicle inspections before and after trips to identify and address any mechanical or safety issues. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
