Collections Specialist (Temp to Perm)

The Collections Specialist will work as part of the division finance team to collect funds and resolve payment discrepancies. This role will develop an in-depth knowledge of the Fresh Division's distributors and customer accounts.

This role will be based out of our Bannockburn, IL office (3x/week). We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:

• Contact accounts to collect past due invoices.
• Resolve issues and complaints concerning billing.
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and address with the team lead.
• Provide friendly and timely customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of attempted contacts.

About you:

• 2+ years' experience in a collections or comparable role, preferred
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Microsoft Office (Strong Excel Skills Preferred)
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
