What's the job?

• Oversee B2B collections and monitor aging reports
• Contact customers via phone and email regarding outstanding balances
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Document collection activities and account updates
• Collaborate with accounting and sales teams
• Assist with reporting and AR reconciliation

What's needed?

• 1-3 years of AR/B2B Collections Specialist experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work onsite in Glenview, IL
