Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed upon application)
• Base Salary: Starting at $250,000 for new graduates, with salary increases based on experience

What You ll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal care to a Level III NICU at Mountain View Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists (neurology, cardiology, pulmonology, surgery, etc.)
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care tailored to each newborn s needs
• Participate in teaching, Quality Improvement initiatives, and clinical case reviews
• Offer support for high-frequency ventilation, body cooling, inhaled nitric oxide, and other advanced therapies
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all clinical protocols
• Engage in on-call duties and weekend shifts (schedule to be discussed)

What You Need:

• Valid medical license and certification in Neonatology (Board Certified or Board Eligible)
• Evidence of recent training in neonatology, with new fellows accepted through 2025
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
