Job DescriptionAre you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping families smile? Our welcoming family dental practice is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to be the first friendly face patients see and the key to keeping our office running smoothly.
Your Role
Warmly greet patients and families as they arrive
Schedule and confirm appointments for all ages
Verify insurance and explain treatment plans clearly
Handle payments, billing, and patient records accurately
Communicate with our dental team to ensure a smooth patient flow

Salary Rangefull-time $20 - $25 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements- Dentrix
Minimum one year of previous dental front office experience required
Private practice experience
Organizational skills
