Are you an experienced pool sales professional, construction project manager, or pool industry expert who knows how to turn a customer's backyard vision into a completed project? Hughes Pools & Spas is looking for a Gunite Pool Sales to join our growing swimming pool construction team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven salesperson who enjoys building relationships, designing backyard projects, and closing high-value sales.

THE ROLE: As a Gunite Pool Sales Professional, you will work directly with homeowners to develop custom swimming pool projects from the initial consultation through the sale. You will help customers envision their backyard, educate them on available options, develop proposals, and guide them through the process of selecting Hughes Pools & Spas for their project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

· Meet with prospective customers at their homes and/or showroom

· Generate and follow up on leads

· Build strong relationships with homeowners

· Understand customer needs, wants, lifestyle, and budget

· Sell custom Gunite swimming pools and related outdoor-living products

· Develop pool concepts and project proposals

· Prepare estimates and contracts

· Present options, upgrades, and enhancements

· Conduct professional sales presentations

· Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process

· Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline

· Work closely with the construction team to ensure a smooth transition after the sale

· Meet or exceed established sales goals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Swimming pool, construction, home improvement, landscaping, or outdoor-living experience is a plus
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to sell high-dollar residential projects
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to build trust with homeowners
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pool industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right salesperson who has the drive, professionalism, and ability to learn.
