Schedule: Day Shift, 8x4

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week

Requirements:

• COTA License
• 1+ years of experience
• Experience with EMR systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support in therapy services under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
