OVERVIEW: 

We are seeking a competent and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, responsible for handling incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, scheduling appointments, emailing attorneys, and providing administrative support. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing courteous assistance and directing calls to the appropriate parties.
• Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
• Manage the electronic medical records (EMR) system, inputting patient data accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist attorneys and legal professionals with administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

POSITION TYPE:

• Full-time - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday | 8:30-5:30.
• Tuesday's | 8:30-6:30.
• Friday's | 8:00-5:00.
