As a Director, Total Rewards, you lead compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable and aligned with business goals while driving talent attraction, retention and performance. What You’ll Do: Lead global compensation strategy including base pay, incentives and recognition programs Design and manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, long-term incentives) Develop salary structures, job architecture and market pricing frameworks Provide strategic guidance to HRBPs and leaders on offers, promotions and retention Lead benefits strategy, vendor management and cost optimization initiatives Manage RFPs, broker relationships and benefits program performance Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations (FLSA, ERISA, ACA, etc.) Build analytics, dashboards and models to inform workforce and rewards decisions Partner with Finance, HRIS and Talent Acquisition on planning and execution Lead and develop a high-performing total rewards team What You’ll Bring: 1+ years compensation experience; 5+ years benefits experience Strong expertise in compensation design, modeling and job architecture Experience managing benefits programs, vendors and RFP processes Advanced Excel and data modeling skills; Power BI preferred Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state compensation regulations Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategy Bachelor’s degree required; CCP, CEBS or similar certification preferred Director, Total Rewards – Lead Compensation, Benefits and Workforce StrategyTotal Rewards | Compensation | Benefits | HR Leadership | Compensation Strategy | Workforce Analytics | HR Pay Range: 160,356.00 - 200,445.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
