Machine Operator 2nd Shift | $18.50/hr | Weekly Pay | Atlantic, IA Location: Atlantic, IA Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM 2:00 AM Schedule: MondayThursday (some Fridays as needed) Pay: $18.00/hour (weekly pay) Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator / Oven Operator for a manufacturing facility in Atlantic, IA. This is a solid opportunity for dependable candidates who want steady hours, hands-on training, and a long-term path in manufacturing.

What you'll do:

• Operate molds through heating and cooling cycles
• Pour powder, secure/clamp molds, cycle equipment, and remove finished parts
• Inspect finished parts for quality and document production output
• Troubleshoot minor issues and communicate maintenance needs
• Keep your work area clean and follow all safety procedures
• Work toward daily production and efficiency goals

What we're looking for:

• Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred (training available)
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motion tasks
• Comfortable with frequent lifting/pushing/pulling/bending (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Team-oriented mindset
