Position Summary Full‑time Medical Assistant – Lacey Medical Clinic. Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and strong multitasking ability. Medical Assistants are integral to the care team, ensuring patient flow and providing quality patient care in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities Follow protocol in rooming and exiting patients Complete all provider referrals for each patient Administer injections and distribute oral medications under physicians’ orders; perform venipuncture Assist the medical provider with charting office visits and ensure communication and documentation for comprehensive patient care coordination Education and/or Requirements Must have a Washington State MA‑Certificate or possess an MA‑Interim License and pass the exam within the 90‑day probationary period Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date and maintain current BLS CPR throughout employment EPIC experience preferred but not required Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required What We Offer Medicare, Dental, and Vision coverage Prescription coverage, Life Insurance, and Long‑Term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid time off starting at 24 days per year plus 10 paid holidays 401(k) and retirement options Opportunities for advancement in a culturally diverse environment Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
