In a growing organization, Beckman Coulter is looking for an inside sales representative for its French unit.

The holder will be responsible for developing and supporting service activities in their territory, as well as defining and leading process improvements in sales processes.

The main responsibilities will be to:

• Contact customers at the end of the warranty period to transfer them to our service maintenance contracts to develop long-term activities
• Lead the improvement of processes in service contracts, including the speed of renewals, conversion of warranties, and the sale of new services
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, sales, engineers, district managers, and suppliers in order to maintain business growth
• Sell direct contracts, including prices and proposals. Work closely with the Service to identify opportunities, provide improvement leads, and add services
• Meet quotas and objectives while working in a matrix structure, geographically distant from colleagues

Key skills include:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Experience in a B2B sales environment, or experience in a related field or industry (e.g., life sciences, biomedical, life sciences)
• Excellent communication skills. Able to convey the particular value of the offer and focus on differentiation points (previous experience in telemarketing/internal sales and customer service is a plus)
• Fluent in French and English. Other European languages (Spanish, Italian) considered a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Sharepoint, etc.) required, experience with CRM tools (Oracle, Salesforce) highly preferred, additional experience with analysis or business analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) considered a plus.
