Executive Business Partner

Provide strategic support, collaboration and advisement to the executive team Manage complex, multi-time zone calendars and screen contacts Triage incoming communications and act as a liaison to internal/external partners Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries Maintain day-to-day books for personal entities and households Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly Manage personal bill payments and vendor invoicing Participate in various executive meetings and provide high level notetaking Organize team communications and plan events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field At least 3-5 years of executive administrative experience May be required to have a valid driver’s license Superb written and verbal communication skills Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software systems Flexible team player willing to adapt to high pressure and enjoys a challenge Ability to maintain high-level of confidentiality.
