Why You’ll Love This Role Play an important role in keeping title transactions organized and moving forward efficiently Interact with customers and team members throughout the transaction process Gain exposure to multiple aspects of title operations and customer service What You’ll Do: Receive and process new contracts and orders Review incoming orders and obtain any missing information needed to open files Enter orders into Qualia and maintain accurate file documentation Obtain tax information and order tax certificates Receive, deposit, and process earnest money transactions Assist customers and provide exceptional customer service Coordinate title work for out-of-county orders Support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: Strong customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms Professional, dependable, and adaptable with changing priorities Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team University Title’s Core Values We treat all individuals with respect and dignity.
