Your responsibilities will include: Deliver safe, compassionate, resident-centered nursing care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes Complete accurate documentation and nursing assessments Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants as needed Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for residents and families What We're Looking For Current Illinois RN or LPN License Graduate of an accredited nursing program Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Long-term care experience is preferred but not required Why Everest?
