Medical Oncology Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

MultiCare Cancer Institute is seeking a Medical Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Puyallup outpatient oncology team — a role built for those who value collaboration, stability, and purpose-driven work. In this full-time, weekday schedule, you will play a key role supporting cancer patients through treatment, symptom management, triage, coordination and ongoing continuity of care.

You'll work alongside dedicated oncologists, infusion nurses, and supportive care partners — with access to >20 Hem/Onc providers across the MultiCare Cancer Institute network.

In This Role, You Will

Provide comprehensive outpatient oncology care
Manage follow-ups, symptom support, treatment tolerance & survivorship care
Function alongside an attending oncologist with strong RN & clinic support
See ~12–15 patients/day once fully onboarded
Enjoy predictable 4x10s daytime hours
Work in a shift-based model

Compensation Based on YOE:

0-4 Years YOE: $171,000.00

5-9 YOE: $176,400.00

10+ YOE: $181,800

*Opportunities for additional income including annual Quality Incentive up to $10,000.00, wRVUs, and extra shifts.*
