This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing nurse case management services for fertility treatments.We are seeking a Full-Time Fertility RN Coordinator to support our Towson, MD team, occasionally float to Baltimore Harbor office. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm, approximately 4 weekend/year and approximately 2 Holidays/year. Pay range 75k+.How You'll Contribute:We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Fertility RN Coordinator is responsible for:Assisting with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patientsProviding patient/couple counselingTeaching about procedures and how to administer injectionsScheduling treatment after initial and follow up visitsCoordinating patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocolsEstablishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' familiesRequired to work occasional holidaysWhat You'll Bring:IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be providedValid RN licenseExperience working with electronic medical records a mustHigh level of customer service essential and must be a self-starterA minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN positionBilingual Spanish will be a plusMore important than the best skills, however, is the right person.
