Key Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate comprehensive assessments and leverage data-driven tools to enhance therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions focusing on client-centered care, addressing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Utilize interactive applications and psycho-educational resources to engage clients and keep them motivated throughout their therapeutic process.
• Provide ongoing one-on-one support and mentorship to clients, helping them set achievable goals and navigate their mental health journeys.
• Collaborate with primary care professionals to facilitate integrated care, aiming for a holistic approach to patient health and wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctorate-level degree is preferred for advanced practice.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is essential.
• Proficiency in meeting internal credentialing standards for relevant clinical settings.
• A minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with psychiatric patients or in substance abuse treatment settings is preferred.
• Strong competence in conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering individual and group therapy.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and use of electronic health records are necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in using evidence-based practices within clinical settings.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital therapy tools.
• Previous engagement in community outreach or mental health awareness campaigns is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
