We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of full-time HVAC Dispatcher. We offer this customer service position a competitive compensation ranging from $17 to $22 per hour plus commission. You will work full-time with a flexible schedule. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the daily schedule of service calls, prioritizing urgent matters, and efficiently managing the assignment of tasks. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will engage with customers over the phone, providing updates, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote maintenance plans and marketing initiatives, contributing to the company's growth while ensuring exceptional service delivery.Here's what you need to become our HVAC Dispatcher:This position would be a good fit for a highly organized person with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
