GroundsPRO Landscape Solutions is urgently hiring Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders to manage commercial landscape maintenance routes across the Cincinnati region.

Crew Leaders are responsible for driving the truck and trailer, leading a crew, and owning the quality and efficiency of their assigned properties .

This is a great opportunity for someone with landscaping experience who wants to step into a leadership role with long-term career growth .

 

What You'll Do

Crew Leaders are responsible for managing daily route operations and leading a small landscape crew .

Responsibilities include:

• Driving a company truck and trailer to service commercial properties
• Managing and completing daily landscape maintenance routes
• Leading and directing crew members on job tasks
• Operating landscape equipment including:
• • Zero-turn mowers
  • String trimmers
  • Edgers
  • Hedge trimmers
  • Backpack blowers
• Ensuring properties meet GroundsPRO quality standards
• Training and mentoring crew members
• Performing shrub pruning, bed maintenance, and seasonal services
• Ensuring equipment and trucks are maintained and organized
• Communicating with management regarding route progress
• Assisting with snow removal operations during winter

Crew Leaders take ownership of their route and properties , ensuring work is completed efficiently and professionally.

 

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to drive truck and trailer
• Prior landscaping or lawn care experience
• Ability to lead and manage a crew
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
