As a Heavy Equipment Operator , you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. From maneuvering powerful machines to ensuring every load is safe and secure, your expertise helps us deliver on our commitment to excellent service.

What You'll Do:

• Operate a variety of equipment-including front-end loaders, forklifts, skid steers, and material handlers-with precision and care.
• Safely load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
• Report maintenance needs promptly to keep everything running at its best.
• Follow all safety policies and help create a safe work environment.
• Deliver great customer service-because we value every client interaction.
• Take on other tasks as needed-teamwork makes the difference!

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience (manufacturing or industrial background preferred).
• Dependable and committed to safety at all times.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and safely climb in and out of equipment.
• Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.
