B.H. Inc. of North Salt Lake City, UT is looking to hire a full-time experienced Asphalt & Paving Roller Operator to join our utility construction team. This specialized role involves the safe and precise operation of equipment.
This is a field-based position that requires a high degree of technical skill, safety commitment, and versatility.
As an experienced Roller Operator, you will earn $25 to $36 (depending on experience) per hour to start, paid weekly . The schedule for this position varies but is typically Monday-Friday 40-50 hours per week. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO) . QUALIFICATIONS
Good experience with construction practices and a proven ability to safely operate Rollers and various other heavy equipment
Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
Strong commitment to safety and the ability to strictly follow safety procedures and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) .
3 years of Asphalt and Paving Roller Operating Experience
