Test Lead

Key Responsibilities Primary responsibility – To establish E911 setup and train customers. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client/team to understand functional/design specifications, highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies, prepare automated test scripts, maintain test case suite, and ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept up to date. To develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features/enhancements are developed and accordingly create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards. To create reusable/scalable test automation framework, develop test strategies/plans, maintain test data, and submit status reports to minimize exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. To develop, guide, and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
