Senior Analyst, Payroll

Responsibilities Support U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely, including tax‑withholding setup and changes, bonus‑related tax entries, retroactive pay adjustments, verification‑of‑employment requests, and payroll‑preview review. Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed. Document, and maintain standard operating procedures. Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service. Support payroll‑related projects and initiatives as required. Requirements A Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in U.S. payroll processing Understanding of expatriate payroll administration Experience with ADP Globalview or ADP Ev5 Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask Self‑starter able to work effectively in a fast paced highly collaborative cross functional team environment with excellent verbal and written skills Must be able to demonstrate expertise in problem solving, analysis, and issue resolution Proficiency in excel Ability to work independently under tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
