Recruitment is underway today, with anticipated start dates beginning in Fall 2026.ResponsibilitiesThe Food Runner at Canyon Ranch Austin is responsible for supporting the dining experience by delivering food orders quickly, accurately, and with exceptional presentation from the kitchen to guests. This role serves as a vital connection between the culinary and service teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient restaurant operations in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.Deliver food orders accurately and promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards.Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient service and a seamless guest experience.Ensure all dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests are followed with careful attention to detail.Assist with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and supporting servers as needed.Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations and food running areas.Support opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and restocking of supplies.QualificationsWhat you'll need to be successful:Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and warm hospitality while effectively communicating with a variety of guests.Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.3-12 months restaurant (non fast food) experience preferred.Position requires regular lifting of up to 40 lbs and the ability to remain active throughout shifts.What you'll receive as a Canyon Ranch colleague:Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.Generous health plan including Health, Dental and Vision after 30 days of employment.25 Days of personal and holiday time off (vacation, sick and holidays)Supplemental Health care options (including Accidental, Critical Illness and Hospital care)Employer-paid life insurance and Employee Assistance ProgramPaid Maternity leaveA supportive, collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.The pay rate for this position starts at $20.67/hour.
