Job Summary The Service Technician performs diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering a five-star customer experience. Job Duties Service, maintain, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems Diagnose HVAC system issues and clearly explain repair options to customers Maintain a clean and organized work area; leave job sites clean after completion Demonstrate a strong safety mindset on the job and while driving Use floor savers and protect customer property at all times Maintain company vehicle cleanliness (inside and out) Represent the company professionally with customers and teammates Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior successful experience as an HVAC Service Technician NATE certification preferred (not required) Strong technical ability and communication skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ready to Join Us?
