About The Role The Revenue Operations Analyst acts as the primary architect for the go-to-market data stack, ensuring that sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate on a unified and accurate data foundation. This role focuses on optimizing the lead-to-revenue lifecycle by managing the flow of information across CRM and automated billing systems. The role is responsible for identifying friction within the sales funnel and implementing automated solutions that scale. By bridging the gap between raw data and executive decision-making, the position ensures that pipeline forecasts and performance metrics are reliable and actionable for the broader leadership team. Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimize the Salesforce instance, including the management of custom objects, flows, validation rules, and third-party integrations like Salesloft or Outreach Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators such as CAC, LTV, churn rate, and quota attainment Lead the quarterly sales forecasting process by auditing pipeline hygiene and building predictive models to identify gaps in revenue targets Own the data integrity of the customer database by implementing automated deduplication scripts and enrichment workflows via Clearbit or ZoomInfo Design and document standardized business processes for lead routing, territory assignment, and commission calculations to reduce operational overhead Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to streamline the quote-to-cash process, ensuring contract data flows accurately into downstream ERP systems What We Are Looking For 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a high-growth SaaS environment Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration, including deep experience with Flow Builder and complex reporting modules Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets and experience building visualizations in modern BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Sigma) Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical system configurations and automated workflows Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field Bonus: Salesforce Administrator certification, experience with Apex/SoQL, or familiarity with dbt and Snowflake #J-18808-Ljbffr Scale.jobs
