Architect Multi‑Cloud Solutions: Design and implement robust, high‑availability architectures across Sales, CPQ, Service, and Marketing Clouds that support Realtor.coms core business functions. Lead AI & Agentic Innovation: Spearhead the deployment of Agentforce and Einstein GPT, moving from user‑initiated tasks to event‑driven, autonomous agents that own business outcomes Develop High‑Scale Integrations: Build secure, high‑performance integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, and Platform Events to sync Salesforce with downstream fulfillment and finance systems. Uphold Engineering Excellence: Define and enforce standards for code quality (Apex, LWC), security (Zero‑Trust), and DevOps (CI/CD) to ensure platform stability and 99.9% availability. Mentor & Influence: Act as a technical mentor to Senior and Lead engineers across multiple squads, driving consensus on complex architectural decisions through RFCs and design reviews. Optimize Performance: Deep‑divide into complex performance bottlenecks, optimizing SQL queries, async processing, and platform limits to handle risingdata volumes. What will you bring? Extensive Platform Expertise: 12+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience with a proven track record of delivering global enterprise‑scalevsolutions. AI & Data Fluency: Hands‑on experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Prompt Builder) and Data Cloud harmonization. Security & Compliance Mastery: Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model (Shield, Event Monitoring) and its alignment with global standards like GDPR and CCPA. Advanced Certifications: At least one Architect‑level certification (e.g., Application, System, or Integration Architect). Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or AI Specialist is highly preferred.
