Experienced Nurse Practitioner 5 plus years of professional experience advanced proficiency in cosmetic injectables, foundational-to-intermediate mastery of laser and energy‐based technologies, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional aesthetic outcomes. 3 years of experience in injectables and lasers Licensed Nurse Practitioner with active state licensure and prescriptive authority. Demonstrated proficiency with multiple laser platforms and energy‐based technologies. Strong anatomical knowledge, aesthetic judgment, and procedural confidence. Experience working in a dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury aesthetic practice. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a high‐autonomy, high‐expectation environment.

DUTIES:

• Perform full‐spectrum injectable procedures including neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulatory fillers, and Kybella.
• Execute facial contouring, structural support, and rejuvenation strategies tailored to patient anatomy and long‐term aesthetic goals.
• Utilize PRP and regenerative therapies for skin quality enhancement and hair restoration.
• Demonstrate strong aesthetic judgment and advanced understanding of facial harmonization principles.
• Operate a diverse suite of laser and light platforms for: Pigment correction, Vascular lesion treatment, Fractional and non‐ablative resurfacing, Skin tightening, and Laser hair removal.
• Perform combination laser protocols and multi‐modality treatment plans.
• Utilize IPL, RF microneedling, and introductory-to-intermediate skin‐tightening technologies (e.g., ultrasound or RF‐based platforms).
• Demonstrate safe, effective device operation across a range of Fitzpatrick skin types.
• Provide sophisticated aesthetic consultations with clear communication of treatment sequencing, expected outcomes, and long‐term maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and senior aesthetic providers to refine complex treatment plans.
