Manage, coordinate and direct all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as community policies and procedures. Establish working relationships with healthcare professionals in the community, including interactions with residents’ health care providers. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Licensed or registered nurse with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in‑home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of supervisory experience required. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Equal Opportunity Employer.
