Assistant Wellness Director – Massage Heights Where elevating lives starts with elevating our team.

We’re looking for an Assistant Wellness Director who’s ready to support, inspire, and help lead a team that delivers incredible experiences to every guest who walks through our doors. You’ll work closely with the Wellness Director to keep our Retreat running smoothly, our team motivated, and our guests feeling amazing. If you’re ambitious, sales‑savvy, people‑focused, and ready to grow your career in the wellness industry, this role is calling your name.
