Accounts Receivable / Billing Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Billing Clerk with accounting experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices
- Process and record customer payments
- Provide internal and external customer support
- Maintain workflow spreadsheets and records
- Monitor customer storage cycles and lot status
- Assist and provide backup support to the Proofing Team
Qualifications:
- Accounting, A/R, billing, or related experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
