Manager, Customer Insights and Reporting

BMO Financial is seeking a Manager, Customer Insights and Reporting to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape customer strategy. In this role, you will lead the design of dashboards, performance reports, and analytics to understand customer behavior, profitability, and engagement across channels. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to measure initiatives, optimize campaigns, and support growth.
