Delta Hotels by Marriott - Anaheim is searching for a talented and motivated Sales Coordinator. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual,

and reliable. Great position for a Front Office team member looking to move up.

· Initial contact for clients to Sales Department via phone, emails and walk-ins.

·Create room blocks and Reservation Links

·Assist Sales Managers with event planning, site inspections and account management.

· Manage contracts and corresponding details of events and group bookings.

· Ensure rooming lists, payments and deposit deadlines are met.

· Knowledge and experience with CI/TY (preferred knowledge of Opera and MARSHA)

· Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent attendance record
