- Safely transport residents via wheelchair, stretcher, or walking assistance
- Maintain clear communication with nursing, therapy, and administrative staff
- Ensure transport equipment is clean, functional, and properly stored
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Provide compassionate, respectful support to residents during transport
- Must have an up-to-date CNA license
- CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting a plus
- Ability to lift, push, and maneuver residents and equipment safely
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
