UNIQLO Supervisor In Training (Full-Time) - World Trade Center (New Store Opening)

Position Overview Join our grand opening team at the newest World Trade Center location. Starting salary: $21.50 per hour. This Supervisor in Training reports to the Store Manager and serves as the pace‑setter and role model for customer service in the store. Key Responsibilities Motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Supervise the floor, monitor breaks, and ensure coverage during peak times based on daily work schedules. Maintain brand and operational standards (visual appearance, cleanliness, cash management, inventory). Ensure the team proactively manages customer needs and exceeds expectations according to the UNIQLO service standard, UNIQLO Fundamental Principles, and the 6 Standard Phrases. Train and develop team members on fitting‑room and cash‑wrap standards and assist as needed. Manage inventory, ensuring all merchandise is represented and replenished on the floor with full‐size runs. Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues. Train the team on product and brand knowledge, ensuring customers receive accurate information. Follow all company policies and procedures; notify management of any infractions. Assist with special projects assigned by management. Requirements High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Ability to train and develop a team with strong communication skills. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages. Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including evenings and weekends. Maintain open availability at least five (5) days per week, averaging 32 hours or more per week; restrict no more than two (2) days off in the same Monday‑Sunday workweek, with at most three (3) scheduling restrictions per week, only one of which may fall Friday—Sunday and at least one restriction must be time‑based.
