Duties and Responsibilities Participate in land development field operations, contract administration process, and project planning. Develop competency level to be deployed as Superintendent, Contract Administrator, or Project Manager. Required Education Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent.
