Spending Manager, AGS (Applied Global Service)The Spending Manager, AGS serves as the global spending lead for Applied Global Services, with responsibility for forecast consolidation, spend performance analysis, planning processes, and executive-level insights across COS and OPEX. This role leads a team of analysts and partners closely with business leaders to drive financial rigor, improve visibility to risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. The role combines strong analytics, clear communication, and cross-functional influence to improve financial performance and operational effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesLead AGS spend forecasting across COS and OPEX, including consolidation, variance analysis, and communication of key messages to leadershipOwn planning processes tied to AOP, including Zero-Based Budgeting and investment planningTrack projects associated with key strategic initiatives against AOP commitments and highlight risks, gaps, and opportunitiesMonitor budget alignment and help stakeholders understand trade-offs, risks, and performance driversPrepare executive-ready recommendations, reporting, and updates on spend performance and required actionsPartner cross-functionally to improve planning quality, forecasting accuracy, and spend transparencyDrive process enhancements, including system solution implementation and reporting improvementsLead and develop analysts, ensuring strong financial discipline, analytical quality, and responsiveness to business needsSkills, Knowledge, Experience and EducationExperience in spend management, procurement, sourcing, finance, FP&A, or related analytical rolesStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets and turn analysis into business recommendationsExperience with spend reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or cost optimizationAbility to work across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authorityStrong communication skills, including ability to present insights clearly to business and finance leadersExperience with analytics toolsStrong Excel and data visualization capability; familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools preferredAdditional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
