Onboarding Operations Specialist - EMEA

Role Overview We are looking for a Specialist in our Onboarding Operations team within EOR Operations to improve the onboarding journey for our clients’ new employees worldwide. Key Responsibilities Lead the onboarding journey: manage process for new employees, focusing on compliance and documentation. Take end‑to‑end ownership of the onboarding lifecycle, addressing employee queries. Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams. Continuously improve onboarding experience and identify automation opportunities. Maintain a high level of data accuracy, security, and confidentiality. Support reporting, audits, and data integrity projects related to onboarding. What You Bring Extensive operations experience, including people operations and employment contracts. Proficiency in handling legal contracts. Ability to adapt to fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments. Team‑oriented mindset and strong ownership. Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus. Tech‑savvy with collaboration tools (Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace). Experience organising and maintaining knowledge bases. Ability to work autonomously in an international remote team and flexible hours. Practical Details Reporting to: Manager, Onboarding Operations.
