Territory Manager Hospital – Norddeutschland

Region: Norddeutschland (Hamburg, Bremen, Niedersachsen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Schleswig-Holstein)

This position is a classic sales role with sales and territory goals.

You will be responsible for expanding existing ZOLL customers and actively acquiring new customers in hospitals, with a focus on selling our defibrillators and capital-intensive medical technology solutions.

We are deliberately looking for candidates with intensive or acute care background, as clinical credibility and user understanding are crucial for sales success with our target customers.

Your Responsibility

• Sales responsibility for your defined sales territory
• Support, expansion, and securing of existing ZOLL hospital accounts
• Active business development in non-ZOLL hospitals (hunter share)
• Management of complex sales processes for capital-intensive medical technology (defibrillators)
• Identification of decision-makers and influencers (nursing, doctors, purchasing, management)
• Clinically based product demonstrations and argumentation of added value
• Negotiation leading to contract conclusion
• Implementation of national sales strategies at the territory level
• Consistent maintenance of pipeline, forecast, and activities in Salesforce
• Close cooperation with marketing, service, and technical specialists

Your Profile

• Completed training and several years of experience in intensive or acute care
• Strong understanding of clinical procedures, especially in critical care situations
• Demonstrable interest in sales, business development, and sales responsibility
• Ability to translate clinical arguments into economic purchasing decisions
• Persuasiveness, negotiation skills, and sales orientation
• Independent, results-oriented approach in the field
• Sales experience in the MedTech or pharmaceutical environment is advantageous, but not mandatory – the will to succeed in sales is crucial
• Good English skills
• High willingness to travel within Northern Germany
• Driver’s license class B
