Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Credentials as a licensed PT or PTA in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and individualized therapy planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for helping children improve mobility, strength, and confidence

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a diverse elementary school caseload
• Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families
• Document progress and maintain accurate records for compliance and review
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Adapt therapy activities and interventions to support student engagement and classroom participation
