This rewarding opportunity offers full-time hours, serving a diverse school-age population from kindergarten through age 22 in specialized programs for students with autism, significant intellectual disabilities, and multiple needs.

You will work with the Low Incidence Program at a dedicated educational center, collaborating closely with engaged teams to deliver occupational therapy services that foster students' independence, participation, and success in their academic and daily routines. Your role will include both direct therapy and the essential coordination and documentation that ensures continuity of support for each student.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with students in autistic support, life skills, or programs for multiple disabilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and paperwork
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners with individualized, evidence-based interventions

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for K–age 22 students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and reporting as required by the program and regulatory guidelines
• Support students in classroom functioning, adaptive skills, and participation in daily routines
