Enjoy a dynamic workweek with four days at a middle school, working from 7:45am to 3:00pm, and spend one day per week at a high school, from 7:30am to 2:30pm. This variety ensures a stimulating schedule and the ability to work with students at different stages in their academic journey.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school-based environment highly desired
• Familiarity with IEP development and data-driven interventions
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as specified in IEPs and 504 plans
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate regularly with general and special education teams to maximize student participation and success in school routines
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Engage families and caregivers to support carryover of skills beyond the classroom
