New Product Introduction Supply Analyst Locations: Warsaw, IN; Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Cork, Ireland DePuy Synthes, a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is recruiting for this position. Job Description Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the New Product Introduction Supply Analyst will be responsible for portfolio management, intake and orchestration of LCM and NPI projects across the Shoulders portfolio. The role ensures new products and product changes are introduced with operational readiness, supply continuity, and alignment across the organization. The planner serves as the end-to-end planning lead for NPI and lifecycle management initiatives, aligning demand, supply, and execution to ensure successful product launches and sustained performance. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning strategy and execution for NPI and LCM projects. Develop supply plans and ensure launch readiness. Manage inventory, capacity, and supplier alignment. Partner cross-functionally across R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Procurement. Drive IBP/S&OP alignment and planning inputs. Identify risks and drive mitigation plans. Track KPIs including service, inventory, and launch readiness. Lead continuous improvement in planning processes. Support the maturity of governance processes & playbooks for NPI & LCM activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business. 3–4+ years of experience in supply chain planning or NPI. Experience in MRP, supply planning, and cross-functional project execution. Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Experience with SAP, APO, or IBP preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems for data analysis. Accuracy and high attention to detail. Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks. Advanced Excel knowledge; basic Access. Demonstrated ability to manage complexity. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work within a project methodological context. Ability to work across multiple functional organizations and levels in a global-matrix environment. Demonstrated partnering and influencing skills. Fluency in English required; other languages a plus. Ability to connect product strategy with supply execution. Strong ownership of launch readiness. Proactive risk management.Effective cross-functional collaboration. Other The attendance policy for this location is fully onsite. Anticipated travel: 10%. Compensation The anticipated base pay range for this position is $79,000.00 to $112,276.50.
