Staffing Now is partnering with a growing organization in the Arlington, TX area to hire a campus recruiting professional who will lead early-career hiring and internship programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume recruiting environments and enjoys building strong relationships with universities.
What Youll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for internships and early-career talent
- Manage high-volume pipelines and deliver a strong candidate experience
- Build and maintain university partnerships nationwide
- Represent the organization at campus events and career fairs
- Lead and enhance the Summer Internship Program, including onboarding, development, and conversion to full-time hires
What You Bring:
- 24 years of recruiting experience (campus recruiting preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring
- Bachelors degree required
- Ability to work on-site in Arlington, TX + up to 25% travel
