Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and suitability for specific positions. Efficiently communicate with candidates, scheduling interviews and providing feedback as necessary. Maintain meticulous candidate records within our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Contribute to refining and enhancing recruitment processes and strategies through teamwork.

Requirements include outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal. Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, with excellent time management skills. Proactive and self-motivated individuals keen on learning and advancing within the staffing industry. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable, but not mandatory. Prior experience within a recruiting organization is advantageous, though not obligatory.
