About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer to lead a team of lenders in the evaluation and processing of commercial loan applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for confirming the creditworthiness of applicants, providing guidance to improve loan documentation, and making decisions on loan approvals. This role also involves customer interaction, including answering questions and explaining the loan process. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced commercial lender with a strong credit background, a business development mindset, and a team-first mentality. The role offers the opportunity to take over and expand a new territory, with the potential for team management. Applicants for the Senior Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, as well as leadership experience and aspirations.
